About IMR
IMR is a Lahore technology platform that connects patients with nearby independent private ambulance drivers.
What we are not
IMR is not a hospital, a medical service or an ambulance operator. Drivers run their own service and IMR does not provide medical care.
How drivers are checked
Before a driver can go online, IMR reviews their CNIC, driving licence and vehicle photos. A driver can be suspended after a complaint.
Free and fair
Patients and drivers use IMR for free. IMR takes no commission and never handles the fare.
Your privacy
Booking needs no account. Personal trip data is deleted 90 days after a ride ends. The Privacy Policy has the details.
